The Lyonswood Block Captains serve our community by providing the communications network vital to a safe, happy neighborhood.  Captains collect and distribute information for all Lyonswood residents.  All Captains serve as the backbone of our Neighborhood Watch which keeps Lyonswood a safe place to live.

Block Captains also participate in maintaining hich standards in Lyonswood, helping neighbors understand Baltimore County ordinances and our Covenants established to keep our community looking beautiful.
